Description

This 1984 Chevy Tahoe S-10 Extended Cab (Rear wheel drive) is in excellent condition.

Known History

It passed the emissions test in Perris, California in 1993 with 5,980 miles. It was sold to the 2nd owner in Iowa in 2003. It was kept titled in Iowa through 8/28/2020 when it was donated to a non-profit Wisconsin organization and re-titled (3rd owner). The organization put it up for sale, and I bought it from them in December 2020, with 56K miles on it.

Condition

Everything works except the AC (which was converted to R-134a in 2006). It is carbureted but starts in all weather. It runs and drives well.

I have replaced the steering wheel, shocks, and the power steering pump and hoses due to a leak. I’ve replaced the headlights with LEDs. I also replaced the 14″ steel wheels with period-correct aftermarket 15″ mag wheels and snow tires. I have the original steering wheel and headlights.

There is a spare tire under the rear bed and a jack behind the seats. Two small flip-down kid-size seats are located there as well.

The undercarriage is very clean with some areas of surface rust.

The bed is lined with a thick layer of rubberized material in excellent condition.
